August 9th saw futsal at the Leeds Asian Festival at Roundhay Park, Leeds. Boys and girls took park in a series of games across the afternoon.

On the 19th July futsal-yorkshire.org organised a competition in Bradford. Boys and girls from Leeds, Bradford and Halifax were able to play competitive games in the centre's excellent facilities.

13th June 2009 saw futsal-leeds.org come to the annual Beeston Mela. A competition was arranged between 3 local primary schools on the Crossflatts Park Multi- Use Games Area (MUGA). |
