Part of the futsal-leeds.org development plan is the futsal academy. This is a local centre of futsal excellence where boys and girls can hone their skills. These are "turn up and play" sessions run by qualified coaches. The academies form part of the futsal-leeds.org pyramid. Ultimately there will be a number of acadamies situated in similar venues around Leeds.

Target Soccer is running the first academy at Allerton High School in Alwoodley, North Leeds.
